"The room had nice upper end perks like high end toiletries but lacked in other ways, namely: the wooden floor did not look clean, the sloped ceiling leaked when it rained, the soap dispenser didn’t fully function and the aircon made a loud and disruptive pumping noise every few minutes when in use. I also did not enjoy the iPad-only, people-free check in, which led to feelings of a cold welcome to Maastricht. "

Two portable heaters were installed in the suite but one turned the electricity down when you wanted to use it. The lady we spoke to on the phone said she would come and fix it but never did.
