"Super location if you fly into Florence airport as take the tram to its final destination piazza san marco. From there it’s a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Your 5 mins walk from the Acedemia and 10 mins from the Duomo. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff, always ready to be of help should you need it. If I had to be critical of anything it would be the very firm mattress, normally I like them firm but I had backaches every morning. Nothing that a paracetamol didn’t cure but worth noting nonetheless."

"We always look forward to stopping at Villa Neroli on working trips as it’s super convenient amd comfortable. Easy to park, check-in amd relax in the sauna or get a work out in the gym. Dinner is always delicious, breakfast has good options. The service is prompt and kind. The location is perfect for biz travelers as well as tourists who want to see all but stay away from the crowds amd confusion."
