"Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. "

"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. Then I get there and they don't have me down for a room and are sold out. So I pull up my confirmation and by some weird miracle they find a King room for 3 of us, but we made due. There was a smell in the room like old smoke, bed was ok, room is TINY!!!! Pool is small, staff did try to be helpful but no one refunded anything or offered anything. I also had to sit on the phone with EXPEDIA for over an hour to get them to "move the funds paid to the hotel" to cover the room. It was all such a joke and needless to say I would never ever ever deal with EXPEDIA again. And Tru obviously partners with them and there is an issue there too! Comfort Suites next door was much nicer and big rooms!!!!"

"The room and property were very clean and neat. The pool was nice and the breakfast included several hot items along with cereals and breads and other items. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Well, the elevator broke down twice during out stay. Paint job was sloppy. Walls were scuffed and dirty. We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay there again."

"It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast."
