"Breakfast was minimum and you park at your own risk. Day 2 of my stay they had no hot water to shower or bathe."

"Had to share with the front desk to ask that the patio be swept, trash be picked up and tables wiped. "

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."

"The hotel was easy to get to and parking was very convenient. The Metro stop was right downstairs, and could not have been easier to access, making travel to D.C. destinations really painless. Our room was small-ish, but very comfortable. The hotel had a very vibrant energy, which added to the experience. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"Hotel is beautiful and the perch area is fun. However the bathroom towels are cheap motel towels and the bed sheets are bad too. "

"Breakfast was not included. Parking is on the street. They have Parking garage , but they rent it for $27 per night. The room cleaning was so so. "
