"That hotel has a problem with their elevators every year that we go there it does make everything harder. It is so inconvenient and the Cher they have us using the staff elevator as well. They need to get their stuff together."

"Dates property. Usually get offered a free water at arrival but not at this location. Parking is $40 per night so better to park offsite. "

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. It was unfortunately unseasonably warm in DC so the room was pretty hot and the hotel could not turn on the ac as it was too early in the year. The staff was really friendly and understanding, told us to open the windows and provided a fan. But there were no outlets near the windows so the fan could blow in cool air, plus one of our windows wouldnt stay open (they only open a tiny bit). A maintenance person eventually came and wedged something under the window to keep it open. Its a nice hotel in a convenient location, but with the lack of hot food, and the issues with the heat I dont think it's worth the price esp if you go around the time the seasons are changing when you may not have heat or air. I do appreciate them giving us a discount for the inconvenience "

"Very professional staff. Very quick response regarding requests for the room. Absolutely will stay again. Parking was interesting as the ramp was under construction and very easy to drive in circles. Parking areas were not very well marked as to which direction to go for a specific level or exit."
