Clean and quiet
Provided what we needed to work during the day and be able to get to Frederick & Leesburg in short order. Very clean and quiet. Check in was not the easiest since emails went to spam for owner/operator and calls to customer service were not quickly answered. Overall, great place to stay.

Terrific property incredibly pet friendly
We have stayed here before. Each time, the property feels more comfortable. Residents and other guests are very pet friendly/tolerant. Amazing commons areas. Very secure.The apartments have all been well maintained and the hosts offer nice amenities. We'll stay again.
I wish they would not ask for copies of drivers licenses. This makes the online process clumsy especially if you use a computer and not a mobile device. I understand that they need some proof of identity but sharing online is risky for the guest and a big liability for the host.

Always a comfortable stay
This was my second stay in three months. The apartment has everything I need for a good stay. I can work during the day and visit family. The complex is very comfortable, clean, and in a great location.
The only downside with this particular unit is the work desk is located in one of the bedrooms, and there was no dining table like in the last apartment. But I will definitely stay in the Signature complex again here again.
