"This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!"

"The housekeeping staff was not very friendly. I asked for something to use to wipe down my surfaces in the room because I had handprints in like sticky stuff on them and they will not give me anything. The room was kind of dirty and housekeeping walked right by my room each day I was there. I didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and they have attitudes all over her face so I decided not to engage and ask them for anything else."

"Rooms are incredibly outdated and need to be refreshed. Wall paper peeling, yellowing of the ceiling and walls, and scuffed up furniture. Very overpriced for what we paid. "

"Great amenities at this property great breakfast loved having the laundry available having a pool and hot tub. That was also great. The only negative is there’s a male associate running the front desk in the morning hours, and during the day he should not be in customer service does not smile and that’s what you want when you walk through the door. The woman in the evening is excellent very accommodating. They upgraded my room because it was so dead. She was a peach. I love the property because it’s not right on Riverdale Road. It’s in the back you feel safe. "

"The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake, gluten free options, healthy and fresh offerings. Beds were heavenly, property was clean, quaint and beautiful. Felt like royalty!"
