"Der Hof der Familie Asal liegt mitten in Horben aber dennoch ruhig. Horben ist ein Dorf ohne Durchgangsverkehr. und das ist sehr positiv. Es ist, wie man im Süddeutschen sagt, heimelig bei den Asals, und beide Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt im Umgang. Die Ferienwohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.Es ist alles da.Eine Unterkunft, in die ich immer wieder gerne zurückkäme."

"Wir haben Urlaub bei sehr umsichtigen und freundlichen Gastgebern gemacht. Unser 5 jähriger Sohn konnte Einblick in viele Dinge auf dem Bauernhof bekomme und hatte während der zwei Wochen viel Spaß. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Uns haben die Kinderwanderwege wie der Zauberwald, Wichtelpfad und der Dachsweg am besten gefallen. Auch der Steinwasenpark in "Sichtweite" war super und das Geld wert. Die drei Seen Bahn mit der Dampflokomotive war unser Highlight. Freiburg war auch sehr schön zu besuchen und mit der Gästecard war der Weg dahin sogar kostenlos."

"This is the absolute best place I have stayed! Hosts are super friendly, helpful, and communicative. The location is excellent for hiking and easy access to trails and towns. Apartment is clean and has all the necessities with ample space and cozy outdoor places to sit. I highly recommend the hosts and will return! "

"The Herrihof staff were excellent. We enjoyed our two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with plenty of thoughtful storage and gorgeous views. The unit was updated and had a wonderful deck to gaze at the nearby valley."

"Diese Unterkunft ist weiter zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich.Buchung sowie Checkin und Checkout verliefen reibungslos. Genauso wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts, jedes Anliegen (wenn man was zusätzliches bräuchte z.B. in der Küche) angenommen und umgesetzt. Die Attraktionen sind zu Fuß oder nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar."

"Het huis ligt aan de rand van het dorp, met een prachtig uitzicht over het dorp en op de tegenoverliggende helling.Het huis ligt tegen een helling met de rug naar het oosten, dus op warme dagen blijft het heerlijk koel.Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld.Rose is een hartelijke gastvrouw die snel reageert op eventuele vragen."

"Wir hatten mit acht Frauen die große Ferienwohnung im Sonnerhof gebucht. Wir haben alles, wie beschrieben, vorgefunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig, gemütlich und fantastisch ausgestattet. Alles ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und wir haben absolut nichts vermisst.Direkt am Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und man kann somit viele Attraktionen (Stadtbesuch in Freiburg, Todtnauer Wasserfälle usw.)mit Öffis erreichen. Durch die Gästelarte ist die Benutzung der Öffis kostenlos. Außerdem gibt es direkt ab Hofsgrund tolle Wanderwege, die zum Beispiel direkt zum Schauinslandgipfel führen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl in Oberried (Edeka) als auch in Kirchzarten. Mit dem Auto sind das 10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit.Auch das Gasthaus zum Hof in Hofsgrund können wir empfehlen. Wir haben hier bei gutbürgerlichem Essen einen schönen Abend verbracht.Aufgrund des hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis werden wir sicher einen weiteren Besuch in Hofsgrund planen.Die Gastfamilie Sonner ist immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und eine allzeit beschäftigte, fleißige Familie, die ihre Ferienwohnungen mit viel Liebe eingerichtet haben.Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten Mal."

"A wonderful location in the Black forest with the flair of the old Germany the old Black Forest the people working there were absolutely wonderful. It’s a very classy environment. Fantastic food, fantastic wine from barrels. They also have a sauna and a honor system in the seller so if you would like wine or any other beverage, you just take it put your name on it and pay at the end beautiful environment. You can see all the hills and mountains. Nice cute little town walking distance to a bus stop to our church and just a wonderful experience."
