Scalloping Trip!

The house met all our needs for our stay! The bedrooms were all as described and gave us plenty of space. It was so quiet and peaceful in this location. We really loved the porches and outdoor areas. Having access to the boat dock was so helpful as well.

Annual Family Scalloping Trip 2025

This was our first time scalloping in Steinhatchee, Florida. Our past trips were in the Crystal River area. This property was perfect for our group of 15. Plenty of linens, paper products and sleeping accommodations. We liked the dining room table that accommodated our meal times. We were all able to sit down and enjoy each others conversations. The view was beautiful and peaceful. Boat parking at the dock was super convenient, although it is about a 45 minute boat ride to the gulf. It’s a no wake zone the entire way. Also, the dock has a super steep ramp during low tide, senior citizens or partially disabled have a difficult time getting down to the boat. The road leading up to the property is not easily navigated with a boat and trailer, but there is parking on a different lot before arriving to the property. We would rent this house again in the future, the property manager was very attentive to all our questions.

Large group

We had a large group of 12 stay and there was plenty of room. Not living on top of one another. Very clean and very accurate to all description. We will book again next year Thank you
