The only hitch we had was our GPS took us up the road where construction had closed it. We didnt know there was an easy access road that wasn't showing on our map. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

Den Kindern hat am besten der Aufzug bis in die Wohnung gefallen. Mir persönlich hat gefallen, dass die Erstausstattung von Kaffee, Tee, Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation und die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe über die Box waren auch sehr gut."

It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. "An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef! The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu. I would be happy to come back again!"
