"Front desk staff was not very helpful or engaging. There is no option for breakfast at the hotel, but you can get breakfast at a hotel down the street whether you purchase breakfast included or not. There are also a few restaurants right down the hill. Room was clean and plenty of space. Bathroom was very small. "

The only thing was that we booked for 3 with our 6-year-old daughter who had no bed because considered as "sleeping with parents in a king size bed". We should have booked an extra-bed... which was not mentionned neither by Hotels.com nor the hotel. the hotel...

"Hotel muito bom e com uma área de spa que fez toda a diferença para relaxamento. Café da manhã excelente. Bom atendimento. Confortável. Só o estacionamento que estava lotado devido a época do ano mas estacionamos em frente do outro lado da rua sem problemas. Croissant e espumante no check in, para quem chega de viagem é muito bom! Gostamos muito de tudo! "
