"clean ice machine on our floor not working not overly generous with towels"

"The room was dated. Dirty and I was here for business. At 10p a woman started knocking several times on my door despite me saying you have the wrong door. She appeared to be there “working” and I eventually had to get up go closer to the door and demand she stop knocking on the door as she had the wrong door. Not the safest looking hotel and the dated and dirty rooms was very disappointing. "

"Kris was a great host. she had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and responded quickly to any questions we had. The jacuzzi was clean and wonderful."

"No top lock on the doors makes women traveling alone feel super unsafe. It was rundown, the bathroom was in desperate need of repair, the towels and the tub both brought me to the decision I’d rather not shower. It was quiet."

"The room was clean, but had an overwhelming musty odor and the air freshener used was just way too overpowering. The food was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. "

"This was a great getaway for my husband and I. I will say since it is attached to the office, be prepared for a lot of people walking back and forth in the front. Nothing that bothered us but it may bother others."

"Lake view must have been zoomed as once we arrived was not similar. Patio sliding door was very hard to open/close and lock. Noises throughout the night that sounded like someone was trying to open front door. Did not sleep that first night.The bed was uncomfortable and set on a metal frame so getting in and out of bed was trepadious. The tv in that bedroom was NO SIGNAL didnt work. We had to catch stink bugs. There was a kentucky water roach on the floor, its back inside right by the deck door when we woke up Sunday. We left a day early and although the cottage was clean, well stocked, lovely decorated it was not a memorable experience that i would recommend "
