Welcome to Timber Run 207, a bright and spacious end-unit condo just a quarter mile from the Steamboat Ski Area. With three bedrooms, a loft, and three full bathrooms, this thoughtfully designed mountain retreat easily accommodates large families or groups of friends.

Located in one of Steamboat’s most amenity-rich communities, Timber Run offers everything from three outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, and a tennis court. During the winter months, enjoy complimentary shuttle service to the ski slopes, dining, shopping, and other local attractions.

Inside, the condo features soaring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light from expansive windows and skylights. The living area is warm and inviting with a leather sofa and loveseat, a large flat-screen TV, and a raised-hearth gas fireplace. Step onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and flows into a large dining area—perfect for meals and game nights.

Convenient Location

Location to base of mountain and access to a shuttle was super important to us so this place worked fine for us. Place is pretty outdated and nothing super fancy. Pictures and listing show and say there’s a washer and dryer in the unit, but apparently they no longer allow access to it. Just something to be aware of.

Great Location

Condo in a great location for skiing. Shuttle takes less than 5 minutes from condo to the base. Condo was clean and provided everything our group needed.

Definitely need to update the furniture. The sofa is falling apart and very dirty. The chairs to the dining table also falling apart. The floors are filthy and need new carpet. Shower heads need upgrades. The mattresses are the absolute worst I’ve ever slept on. Would not recommend if updates are not made. There is not a fitness center to workout on the property, that was false advertising.

Cozy ski condo for family and friends

Was a little nervous that there were no pictures for this particular listing but my worries were unfounded. Very nice condo for two families. Loved the pool and hot tub reservations and the shuttle to the mountain. Would stay here again.
