Offering a true on-mountain location, this beautifully appointed 3BR/3BA Steamboat Springs penthouse boasts ski-in/ski-out access and wonderful views of the slopes from a private balcony.

Your residence has a prime top-floor setting at the exclusive Spa at Storm Meadows, which includes seasonal access to a host of amenities, including a full athletic club with a sauna, tennis courts, and a large (heated) outdoor pool and hot tub.

There are spacious private ski lockers available, and the ski access trail is a very short walk away — helping you to maximize your time on the mountain!

LIVING AREAS

After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, gather in the expansive living area. There’s a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating (including a queen-size sleeper sofa). In the evenings, make popcorn and watch a movie on the 47” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Overlooking the living space, an open kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a four-person breakfast bar.

Enjoy festive vacation meals at the adjacent dining table, offering seating for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Located on the third floor, this penthouse sleeps up to 14 guests between the three bedrooms (each with a flat-screen TV) and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom outfitted with a generous double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom is appointed with two full-over-full-size bunk beds. A third bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A walk-in shower awaits in the guest bathroom.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and covered parking for one vehicle. You’ll also have access to fabulous resort amenities, including a full athletic club with a sauna, tennis courts, and a large (heated) outdoor pool and hot tub.

Please note that resort amenities are open seasonally in the summer and winter (typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and from Thanksgiving to when the mountain closes in the spring).

This top-floor unit is accessible via elevator.

Head 4.5 miles to downtown Steamboat Springs for a leisurely day of shopping, dining, and exploring art galleries. Trek along gorgeous alpine trails at Fish Creek Falls (6.5 miles away). Or visit Yampa River Botanic Park (3.5 miles away) for lazy strolls amid manicured gardens and glittering ponds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
