Perfect place for our ski getaway!
Jim's condo had was perfect and was equipped perfectly for everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Access to the resort / gondola was within a short walk. Jacuzzi and heated pool to boot! Will definitely stay again next time we're in Steamboat!

Great for skiing!
This was a great spot for skiing. It was a short walk to the Thunderhead lift. The owner was very responsive with any of our questions. Would definitely come back.

Steamboat Ski Stay
Beautiful area, short walk to the chairlift. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day skiing. Appreciated the indoor ski locker. Would recommend and look forward to future visits.

First visit to Steamboat
Beautiful apartment in a great location with just a short walk to the ski lift. If there was a downside, you need a vehicle to get to town for meals, shopping etc. Very clean and warm.

Better than advertised
Great stay. Had everything we needed and a brief walk up to the high speed quad lift to beat the base lifts and catch first chair. Very responsive host. Would stay here again. Very quiet and cozy.

Weekend get away
The condo was nice, but I was disappointed because the pool and hottub were closed and when I put in the search I specifically ask for a hottub. Also the fireplace didn't work, talked to the property manager several times and still could not get the fireplace to work. The drain in the bathroom sink drained very slowly. I feel I should get a free night for all the trouble we had at this property.

Adorable, little condo. Didn’t bring shampoo because that has typically been included in my rentals but it’s not too far to Safeway. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I made a scheduling error early on, and he went above and beyond to work with me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location and value
An amazing location for an affordable ski condo rental, just a 5-minute walk up the road to the Thunderhead lift, and the condo is in great condition. Jim the owner was very communicative and helpful. Fast internet, comfortable furniture. We would absolutely stay here again. Only things we would note for others: there was plenty of soap but no shampoo/conditioner, so bring your own. And the outdoor hot tub at the condo was more vaguely warm than hot, so we didn't bother.

Even Better than Ad!
This condo is literally a four-minute walk to the Thunderhead chairlift. It was very clean, and all of the furniture had been updated since the ad was posted and the complex has an outdoor pool, a huge hot tub, and a sauna, all open during the winter. Even though it’s a small space, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was up-to-date and nice.

Perfect place to stay for a ski trip!
Our group had an amazing time here, the condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 and had everything we needed for our trip. The ski lift is an easy 5 minute walk so this is an extremely convenient place to stay for a ski trip. The host was also super communicative and friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Christmas in Steamboat
As always, the location is fabulous! Just a short walk to Thunderhead Lift or ski out to the base. We really appreciated that the unit had a few essentials like olive oil, spices, foil, dishwasher detergent etc! Super convenient. The beds are exceedingly comfortable and there are plenty of towels. This was great for heading to the pool and hot tub! Thanks for a lovely Christmas holiday!

Decent Property for Cooler Months
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in July. It was clean, mostly quiet (thin walls meant we heard our neighbors moving around), and had a great pool area. Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was super easy. The unit is a bit outdated, but the pictures convey that. Still, an update would make the unit more appealing. There were two issues that made us uncomfortable/disappointed with the property. First, the listing doesn't show that the unit looks out at the parking lot (from both the bedroom and the living room). Not only was this an unappealing view, but it meant we had zero privacy (unless we closed the blinds). If you're hoping to relax on the porch or couch and take in the gorgeous mountain views, then you'll be severely disappointed. It took some strategic placing of the patio chairs to face away from the parking lot and look toward the valley. (But you still heard and saw other guests in the parking lot, so again, no privacy). The other issue wasn't the owner's fault. I'm from Colorado and I spaced that the mountains get super hot in the summer. This unit does NOT have AC. So, we had to stay out of the unit most of the time because it was about 80 degrees inside. The owner provided two fans, but they were small and weak and did not provide a lot of relief. To make matters worse, our neighbor decided to sit on their porch in the evening (when it finally started cooling down) and smoke marijuana...and all the smoke blew into our unit (and we couldn't close the windows because it was unbearably hot). It was just really uncomfortable and led to a lack of enjoyment overall. I think this property would be decent for cooler months. And the owner was great to communicate with. But we won't be staying here again.

Convenient and cute!
We keep coming back to this little condo unit as we love the proximity to Thunderhead lift, it’s easy to nip down to town and it’s the perfect size for our family of three. The pull out sofa is super comfortable with the memory foam topper pad & the unit has everything we need for a week king stay or more. Check in couldn’t be easier and communication with the owner, Jim, is really efficient and friendly. We will be back!!

Great place
The walk to thunderhead express lift is a little up hill but only takes 6 min. Can be exhausting with all your ski stuff. The place was great very comfortable pool and hot tub were amazing to have. Will stay again!

Nice condo for skiing with a double bed and a pullout sofa. Was perfect for me and a buddy on our annual ski trip. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all nice. Each unit has a ski locker for storing you skis and boards. Less than 5 minute walk to the lift.

Perfect!
We’ve stayed in this unit several times now and it’s perfect for our family of three. We cooked each night and the small kitchen is exceptionally well supplied for proper cooking. It’s what’s very clean and well stocked (although an extra set of towels might be handy for a longer stay). We love the quieter location and the walk to Thunderhead lift is literally 4 or 5 mins. We already have another booking lined up in this fantastic little condo. Jim, the owner, is excellent and very prompt with communication.

Walk to Ski Lift! Wow!
The property was wonderful overall. The best was that it was very clean and there were a lot of bedding options. The bedroom blinds don't block out the outdoor lights so if there were different blinds that would have been better as I am a fan of darkness while sleeping. Someone owns dogs and they were off leash in the driveway. Someone let their dogs pee on the front steps and left it there for everyone to walk over yellow snow.

Lovely property and excellent communication!
Great experience and beautiful setting. The condo is cozy and has everything we could have possibly needed for cooking and relaxing. The heated pool and condo were great with an amazing view of the mountains and snow. There was a minor issue with the fireplace in which I contacted the owner and he had someone out there to fix it almost immediately. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Best little condo at Steamboat!
Impeccably clean and very well appointed for a few days skiing at our favorite resort! My family of 3 have stayed here before and will absolutely book this unit again. Less than 5 mins walk to Thunderhead, it’s super convenient and is the perfect size for our family. The owner is excellent with communication and let us know the unit was available ahead of check-in time, which is awesome.

This apartment is on the small side, but is plenty big for two adults including one or two small(ish) kids. With our 12 year old it was cozy but fine. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the Thunderhead lift - skip the base are craziness! Communication with the owner was great. Pool was fun for our son, and the setting is beautiful, lots of nature. A little on the thinner side on kitchen items, but all the must haves are there. We would definitely stay here again!
