The property is in excellent condition for a rental. The kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked with cooking equipment and basic items (salt, pepper, spices). The city bus pick up for transport to the ski area is less than 75 yard away. The bus is very reliable. Weber grill in the garage is easy to move to the driveway for use. There are foam pads on the beds which I am not a fan of, otherwise a great place to stay with lots of living space. All bedrooms are on the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The location is easy to get to and the proximity to the green line shuttle made getting on and off the mountain a breeze! Great spot for a ski rental!

Fabulous place

We came for our summer vacation, and the place was perfect for our stay! The garage was really great with our bikes and gear. I would certainly stay again as the access to all Steamboat has to offer is close by. Ray is also the most responsive owner I have ever had! Thanks for sharing your amazing place!

Spring break in Steamboat

The condo was perfect. Furnishings were all top notch and the location could not be beat. The pictures do not do it justice because you cannot tell how truly large the room is. This house was perfect for my brother and I and our two sons to get a few days of skiing in over springbreak. The house would be ideal for two families of four to split.

Spacious and Comfortable

Great vacation rental for a group ski trip. The en suite full baths in every bedroom was really nice - and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a few meals. Bedrooms were large and comfortable enough - the bunk beds are a bit on the shorter end so if you have tall adults planning to stay there they may be less comfortable. Location was easy to find, close to the shuttle to the ski resort, and about a 20 minute walk to the base area as well. Right across the street from the outdoor shared community hot tub. Hosts were responsive over text and check-in/out were both smooth. The common area on the first floor - kitchen, dining, living - was spacious which was great for everyone to comfortably hang out.

Really enjoyed the stay, the townhome is very nice, comfortable and clean. Perfectly located with a 2 min walk to the bus line to the slopes. Everything worked and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners in. I will definitely try to rent again when we go up for a week this summer!
