This is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights in Steamboat Springs. It’s not to far from downtown/restaurants, shops, old town springs pools, and gondola/ski slopes. Sam and Courtney keeps a clean modern place with the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great place, great location,
This is a very nice condo. Close to the mountains/ski areas. It was a little hot in the evening without AC though. Great location and price. Nice living area and kitchen.

Beautiful property
Property is very clean and gorgeously decorated. Great proximity to downtown steamboat. The only issue we had was that the initial code given to unlock the door didn’t work. The host Sam was very quick to respond and had the problem fixed within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was well Kept and cleanly! Only issue was it was very hot. They had 2 fans in the bedrooms for the evening and we tried to keep the windows open but neighbors smoked.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors in the adjacent condos. View of the valley from the living room and deck. Hot air balloon launching visible each morning. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Very clean, hosts pay attention to details.
This was a pleasant stay for my friend and I, who were looking for a relaxing stay. The unit was impeccably clean. The only problem I had, had nothing to do with the hosts. We were woken up a few times by very loud stomping upstairs in the middle of the night, even being in separate rooms. So I would suggest bringing earplugs or some other noise reducing device if you plan on getting a full nights sleep.

This place has views and is cute & cozy. We had a great time while in Steamboat Springs. Close to downtown and the mountain. There was a stain on the fitted sheet of the sofa sleeper and a dirty pan left in the oven.

Perfect for our introduction to Steamboat Springs
We only had two nights and the four of us (all adults) found the unit to be perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfy, the full kitchen very cozy for our morning breakfasts and TV well equipped for our entertainment needs (Netflix, Pandora and more). The location is just minutes away from the slopes. Perfect.
