Nice condo, good location

The property was very clean and well appointed. Check in was simple and communication was accurate and timely. The location is right on the bus loop making for easy travel without a rental car although close enough that we walked to the gondola a few days to warm up for the day skiing. We will be back.

Nice place. A bit dated, but comfortable. Very good to be on first floor and direct access to ski shuttle.

Christmas Time Ski Trip

It was clean and close to two free city bus stops that can take you to/from Steamboat Resort. Our experience with the bus was not great but was likely slowed by the all day snowfall. The condo itself was as described. The only thing is I wish there were in the condo is basic kitchen supplies. Having some some salt, pepper, cooking spray would go a long way in making the place that much nicer. A Keurig would bring it a level higher. Overall nice place however. Lots of streaming options cable and wifi. The washer in the bathroom was nice.

Great Family Getaway!

Our family of 4 loved our stay here! We had a great time in Steamboat Springs and the Condo was awesome! Our unit was well stocked with basic essentials and family friendly which we certainly appreciated as we were traveling with a 10 month old and 4 year old. The grounds were well kept, and we enjoyed the pool which was nice but needs some upkeeping in the near future. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely return! Thank you!

Great location in a quite neighborhood, feeing of outside of town but still close to everything. We even saw 2 black bears walking in the neighborhood!

Great place for skiing.

The Rockies condo we had was very efficient, clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The local free bus service was very dependable and made it fast and easy to get to the ski area. We would definitely stay there again.
