Excellent stay at Canyon Creek

We were able to check in early, staff was helpful, the property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The shuttle system (both for the mountain and by request into town) was always available and easy to use. Walking distance to the mountain. Will definitely be staying here if we come back for another ski trip.

Great Location

Keeping it short, location was awesome, super close to mountain (and my sisters condo in Steamboat ha) shuttle was SO easy, ***** our shuttle driver was great and on time and speedy. The set up was just right for many things. Garage parking, ski storage, cubbies for hats, gloves goggles, washer/dryer - kitchen (has a coffee grinder, a Keurig and normal coffee pot) everything you need to cook your own meals. Set up for us was perfect. My husband and myself in King room (with its own bathroom) and my parents in the Queen room (with their own bathroom). Complaints are only this: no dresser in Queen bedroom (instead there is a massive unnecessary mirror). Wash cloths and towels were old and tattered. It isn't very sound proof, you can hear every noise including garage door opening and closing but a sound machine app on my phone helped with this while sleeping. Also the unit runs hot. It was 17 degrees outside and we never turned on the heat. Personally the location of this unit / property was so good for our needs that we WILL book again. The garage location for parking and carts to bring up stuff was so convenient, we could walk to my sisters condo located at property next door. Overall we were very happy. A few tweaks and this would get 5 stars from me. (not that it is luxury, just that it would literally have everything we need for the price).

Highly Recommend

We stay in Steamboat regularly, but this was our first time at Canyon Creek. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could think of. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. We willl definitely stay at Canyon Creek again!

Great place!

Great place. Was as pictured. Location was convenient to slopes. Walk is easy but might be a little long if you have small children. We extended our stay a night and had no problems contacting the property manager. There is a small grocery/liquor store within a block for any necessities. This particular unit is right near the elevator. Would stay here again.

Great Condo!

Great stay at this condo, short walk to the slopes (a little far for little ones) or a shuttle is available as well (drivers were fun too!). Condo was well stocked with kitchen and some laundry supplies, very clean. Pool and hot tub were great after skiing and the condo was quiet. The grill and ski lockers were a nice to have as well, we ran out of propane which was quickly replaced.

Great Spot

Close to the slopes, hot tub, and the best part is the free shuttle. It takes you to and from the mountain and anywhere you want to go in town. Drop you at the bar and pick you up. Don’t even need a car.

Wonderful Condo and Exceptional Service

The condo was in wonderful - clean, great floor plan for a family of four, well equipped kitchen, indoor heated parking, within easy walking distance of the gondola and the resort base. What really stands out from our stay is the exceptional customer service offered by the front desk and the management staff. The resort shut down because of COVID-19 at the half-way point of our stay. On the evening that the shut down was announced, the management team let us know that we could get a complete refund for the rest of our stay. We checked out the next morning, and by the time that we got home, we had received the refund. Truly - exceptional customer service during an exceptional time. Thank you.
