This third-floor, fully remodeled one-bedroom condo features a light, open layout and beautiful clubhouse and partial mountain views. Thoughtfully updated with mountain-modern design elements, this unit blends comfort, style, and unbeatable access to year-round adventure.

The bright, open-concept living area features wide-plank wood floors and a cozy gas fireplace with a slate surround, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Lounge on the leather sofa and watch your favorite show or game on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a meal at the dining table that seats four. The modern kitchen boasts warm wood cabinetry, stainless steel and black appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for two, keeping everyone connected whether you're prepping dinner or enjoying après ski drinks.

The spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with a carved wood headboard, matching furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and ample storage. A full bathroom just outside the bedroom includes a slate tile floor, granite vanity, and a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two additional guests, making this the perfect condo for a small family or couples’ getaway.

Ski trip

condo was perfect for me and my daughter - ski in ski out was a plus with a convenient ski locker in the basement. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day and everything was there that we needed. very comfortable and clean we had a great time and will be back!

Okay but aging quickly

The location was great but there’s room for improvement overall. At this price point the bed should not be rock hard (it was) and the sheets should not be old and pilled (they were). Also, the shuttle to the base village stops at 4:30 so evening activities needed a car. Just overall a decent stay but the building needs an update.

Very comfortable Steamboat condo

This condo is really nice and well located, and I would definitely stay here again. The one minor disappointment was that the ski-in/out trail was pretty marginal (I walked it most days). Everything else was great!

1970/80’s shower. Be prepared to supply your owe slip mat. 3 days in to our stay and didnt have a functional TV in the master. Day one remote doesn’t work. Downloaded the rocku app OK. Reported. Day 2. Now the xfinity remote works but the premium features (our access to our own content) does not. Not an issue for us as we watch tv 10 min per day bu tif you have children….

Quick weekend trip

This was a very clean property. It is very close to the base area via car (2-3 minutes). On the map it appeared it would be walk-able w/ trails but this was not the case. In the winter it maybe skiable to the base? The master bed does sit a little high, so that could be an issue for some folks. I am 5'0 and had to climb up to get into bed. Bed was comfy, a little on the firmer side. Daughter used the pull put couch and slept just fine. There was an extra padded matters cover so she used that as well. Did not use the pool / hot tub but the area looked nice. Over all nice quiet property. Key pick up and drop off was smooth, no issues.

Perfect location great price worth a look for any couple or small family. The view isn't all that great and the couch bed leaves a little to be desired, but overall it is a great place. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Gondola square and less than 10 to get to downtown Steamboat.

Wonderful Remodel, Slow Wi-Fi

This unit is beautifully remodeled and the kitchen is well stocked. We had a nice stay. When the snow is plentiful it is walk in/ski out. It would be helpful if there was another small chair in the living room for seating. The wi-fi was not the best and my husband had to go elsewhere in the morning to use his laptop for work. We did call and they sent someone up in the afternoon to try and fix it. It was better, but slow. The hot tub is across the street.
