The fully equipped kitchen has been remodeled and features beautiful granite countertops and brand new appliances, making mealtimes a breeze. To welcome you from a full day of skiing, the living room features comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. Not to mention, the three flatscreen TVs and will provide ample entertainment as nights wind down. Keep cool with central air conditioning. Sore muscles can easily be soothed in the shared hot tub and sauna as well for an even more luxurious way to end the day.

Guests will be spoiled with a stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants mere steps from their front door. In the winter, let the free shuttle service whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. Hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls will give each guest their fill of natural beauty and the kids will have a blast at Old Town Hot Springs or Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park. Wonderful Stay

It's an awesome location and a great value!

We had a great family vacation. The building was quiet and close to the slopes. Just a short walk of about 60 yards, then ski down to the gondola. I loved having a desk in my room with a huge curved screen monitor so I could knock out work when I needed. Also, the on-demand shuttle was great for getting around.

Comfortable layout, A/C, near the slopes

We stayed here in the summer and the location is near the resort and about 5 minutes from downtown/store/Walmart/etc. We selected it because it had A/C when most properties in the area do not, and we were glad we did. The rooms are on opposite sides of the living room which is a nice setup for sound. The kitchen is a bit small, really only one person can be in it at a time, but it wasn't an issue for us. The master bathroom shower was AMAZING with its water pressure and fancy setup. The master mattress should probably be replaced as it has sink holes. The washer is fine but the dryer took longer than normal. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I'd stay again.

Great location in Steamboat. Nice little 2 bedroom condo. Updated shower was really cool. Nice grill on the patio. Met our needs for my son's baseball tourney.

Good location .. very small

Unit is very small. Kitchen and baths especially. We were just 3 people. It has too much furniture and too large for a small space. (chairs, tables and dressers) makes it feel even smaller. Seems to have been thrown together for renting.

Decent Location

We had a couple issues with the unit during our stay but Jake was extremely responsive when we called to voice our concerns. Since we were in the 300 building, it was a pain in the arse to hop on the shuttle--always having to walk to the 100 building parking lot to board. The hot tubs were not in the same building as our unit. Also, it is not what I would call a true "ski in/ski out" condo as you need to navigate a 100 yard cat walk to get to, and from, the slopes; a cat walk that certainly seems to be uphill both ways so be prepared for a triceps workout. Finally, if you like to cook with your family or significant other, this is NOT the place for you. While the kitchen is modernized, I found it to be very small. There is hardly any room for more than one person in the kitchen at a time--an open dishwasher blocks access to the refrigerator. Someone cooking at the stove limits access to the refrigerator, sink and dishwasher; as well as the cupboards.

Nice unit but needs repairs. Sliding glass door will not lock. Electric plugs will not hold plugs-

Kitchen faucet and toaster need repair - leaky shower head in bath off kitchen We stayed 6 nights and had no housekeeping even tho we were read housekeeping would come in once during 5 nights stay or more. Thank you

Great place to stay to ski and see Steamboat Springs. Very convenient and the lodge shuttle was very helpful and reliable. The staff were very friendly. It was very easy to buy lift tickets ahead of time and rental equipment from Christy Sports both at a discount. We would definitely come stay here again. Thank you😊

Great ski trip for two couples

Great spot to ski out/in kind of. There was a fantastic groomed trail, and skiing in and out was a little work, but a pretty straight forward event. Condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was a good time.
