Ski Trip
Was a nice place for 4 people. There are only 3 beds and the couch is not a pullout. have to go up two flights of stairs each time so this is not a place for any people with mobility issues. Just a short walk to the pool and hot tub so bring sandals or slippers, etc. Nice place, close to the hill and the bus route.

Fine property - beware of summer heat
The condo is nice and is as advertised. However, Steamboat is hot in the summer and this is a third floor unit without A/C. Hence and on hot day, this unit is almost unbearably hot.

Amazing location!
Location was much closer to skiing than we had originally thought. The bus stops right in front of the complex! Unit was as described. Clean. Rental company never responded to late check out request. Rental company sent check out task list after 10pm the night before check out, which felt too late.

Clean and functional but a bit rundown
Our stay was nice and the unit had the necessary amenities but it was a little dated and rundown, the bed linens were old and there weren't very many towels. Would be nice to have specific towels for the pool area. For the price, it was a bit lackluster. Also, no separation from the top loft creates a lot of light and noise circulation which is hard for sleeping kids.

Property was clean and provided most necessities. Be sure to pack your own toiletries. There was no Air conditioning & being on the 3rd floor with a loft it was VERY hot in July so we purchased & donated an additional floor fan, you're welcome ;)
