"This is an older hotel but the room was very comfortable. It is a short walk from the hotel to the main piazza and the train station so it is very convenient. There were many options for breakfast and in the evening the restaurant serves dinner although we did not eat there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again the next time I am in Montecatini."

"The pool was fantastic! The grounds and gardens were nice but aired on the side of Disney land decor. Not my taste . The breakfast was good with nice variety. The pizza restaurant was good too. My biggest complaint was loud music playing until 11 pm. I could not sleep well because of this and had an early flight. It appears they do weddings and parties here so take that into consideration."

"Very convenient to the Florence airport (30 minute easy walk). Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled awful (like sewer, even after spraying freshener), the A/C didn’t work for the entire building and it was hot and humid because of the rain. Opened the window but didn’t help with the humidity, plus it’s a noisy area so couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise. "
