"The room was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. They also served us freshly cooked breakfast in the morning, which was lovely. The bathroom was large, clean and modern, but the room itself was very small for 2 people. On Sunday night, we planned to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the hotel management decided to close the restaurant without any prior notification. The reception was also closed, which was very odd and we had to go back out into town to get some dinner."

The bed was really comfortable and the roll top bath and added bonus. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was typical Marstons pub grub.... safe and predictable.
