  • Adventurous, tiny house. Located on 1 acre surrounded by evergreen forest. The tiny house has one full bedroom, one sleeping loft, full bath, living room, screened in porch, outdoor shower (summer only), and outdoor hang out space.
    350 ft.² Get the tiny house experience!
    Right off of interstate 77. 15 minutes to Mooresville. 30 to 40 minutes to Charlotte, Hickory, or Winston Salem areas. 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park.
    Pets are negotiable. Will welcome good pets. Sorry, no cats.

Cute clean tiny home exactly as presented in listing. Convenient location right off of I77 and close to Lake Norman hiking. Host even left a treat for my dog. Would definitely rent this property again.

This place is so adorable, and the details are amazing! We were welcomed with fresh flowers and chocolates. The outside shower was lovely, and private, a new experience for both my husband and I but we loved it. The back porch was great for early quiet mornings with a hot cup of tea; The fact that this place is dog friendly as well made our whole trip not only easier but better! The communication with the host was easy and fast as well. We absolutely had a great time, and hope to stay again sometime in the future !

What an epic getaway!

I have stayed at places all across the country and this is one of the coziest and cutest places I have ever stayed! So much attention to detail and all the decor was just perfect! I cannot rave enough! Look forward to returning soon!
