"This property was amazing. Plenty of space, beds to equip all of us, lots of kitchen, necessities, and beautiful outside area. The only thing is that outside needed to be wiped down so that we could enjoy it a little bit more. Spiderwebs everywhere, and table outside needed to be wiped down. Had some small bug issues because of a window. I believe that doesn’t seal properly but outside of that, this was an amazing home. "

"This is a house on stilts with the river practically in the backyard. It was easy to find, we didn’t have any issues with directions and the road is paved. You do not park on the gravel, as it is the neighbors property but that’s not mentioned in the check-in. Because this is a “tree house”, you feel it move every time someone walks around or goes up and down the steps. This house is well stocked and everything was easy to find. The only problem we ran into was food storage so we had to buy foil pans and ziploc bags, granted we stayed for almost a week so we were doing cooking and leftovers! The river access was the best part. Any time we wanted to get in, we would. It was never packed with people and since it was so shallow we just crawled or walked the whole thing. We took paddle boards and some of the kids used them, but it’s not deep enough for boats. I need to leave an honest review because I would’ve wanted to know these things. The windows aren’t fully covered so light gets in from everywhere. The neighbors by the tv room turn a spotlight on at night and it is bright. I wound up getting a blanket and using it to cover one of the windows so that helped. When issues arose she was quick to help and respond and I’m so thankful for that.Some guests don’t respect other people’s stuff, so my husband and I spent a whole evening fixing things in the game room.And 2 washers and dryers is a bonus!The 4 stars for neighborhood is because someone was shooting a shotgun"
"Spent a long weekend celebrating our 27th anniversary. The cabin was beautiful, clean & comfortable. We spent our first day in town shopping & the rest of the weekend on the river. Everything you could need is minutes away yet when you’re at the ranch you feel like you’re so far away you can actually relax & see the stars. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to decompress.
