Hello dear tenants, businesspeople, and those seeking relaxation,
Here in Starnberg, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for—a cosy home with all the amenities, just a short distance from shopping, the lake, nature, and the mountains.

It’s just 150 metres to the S6 S-Bahn or regional train heading towards Munich or Tutzing.
I offer 2 double rooms on the ground floor and upper floor, each accommodating two people (each room can potentially be expanded to accommodate a third person with an extra mattress and linens) with a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

Just 2 minutes from the Starnberg-Nord S-Bahn station, you’ll stay in a quiet, private, secluded house with 2 guest rooms and a shared guest bathroom.
The kitchen and living room are available for use.
A CONFIDENTIAL PIN for the key safe will be provided via WhatsApp or phone after booking.
If you’re arriving by S-Bahn, my location is only 100–150 metres away.
There are plenty of parking spots on Ludwig-Thoma-Weg. During the week, there is a 3-hour time limit in the designated parking areas (white line) if you’re not a resident. But you’ll always find plenty of parking spots in the side streets or just a few metres further up.
Then walk down the private road Ludwig-Thoma-Weg 8/8A towards the garages, and my house is number 8 on the left!!!!! (It says “No. 8” on the garden gate.) Next to the garden gate is the key safe containing the keys to the two rooms on the ground floor and upper floor. Please take only the key for the room you booked.
Open the garden gate and go up to the sunroom. On the left side of the sunroom is the door to the living room.
There are two columns in the living room; the ground-floor room is behind the right-hand column.
To the left of the left-hand column is the guest bathroom.
Go up the stairs and the first-floor room is immediately on your right.
The kitchen features a large SAMSUNG fridge-freezer combo and top-quality, cool tap water from the Alps.

The ground-floor room has Wi-Fi (100 MB/s fiber-optic, Wi-Fi code provided in the room), a flat-screen TV, a desk with a chair, a comfortable armchair, a large double bed (approx. 200x200) with an ergonomic mattress for back support, an antique, hand-carved farmhouse cabinet, a door leading to the shaded terrace with rattan furniture, and a sliding-door closet for clothes.
