"The Roadrunner Inn had beautiful views of Beaver Lake and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy, as well as rooms with large windows for viewing. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fabulous King size bed. It is a very peaceful and private property that is well maintained by the Owners. It is close to all the activities on the Lake, as well as Eureka Springs. Perfect vacation property!"

"Exceptional - Hospitality That Beats Any 5-Star Hotel Unmatched hospitality from a wonderful family who owns and operates this gem outside Eureka Springs. My cottage was perfect - fresh flowers, relaxing music on arrival, incredibly comfortable bed with luxury linens, plush robes/towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with homemade blueberry muffins and herbal teas. The private deck has breathtaking views of Beaver Lake and very comfortable chairs for relaxing. Impeccable attention to detail. If you want to relax in nature in total comfort, book here. 10/10."

"The view is amazing. Centralized location, easy to navigate around. Our air conditioner wasn’t too good, ceiling fan would cut off when you turn the lights off, but overall our stay was good."

"Our family enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfectly sized for our family of six to be together and also have private space, with comfortable furnishings and GORGEOUS views. Ray was awesome to communicate with, as well. There was an issue with something broken at the property that he advised me of before we arrived, and he had it repaired very quickly. This home has been well taken care of and we would definitely go back. The lake itself was perfect for swimming - beautiful water and some days we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. We had a lovely week together."

"We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property and location. There were a couple of maintenance issues during our visit, including a toilet that became unusable, but the host was responsive and worked with us to address our concerns. We appreciated their communication and willingness to make things right.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the host’s efforts to resolve the issues that came up."

"Was an amazing stay overall. Great access to the lake but would caution if you have any older or less than mobile people in your party. It’s not an easy walk to or from, nor from the upper part of the property to the actual house. There is drive up access to the house itself though which was phenomenal for grandma in our case. She did struggle with the stairs inside as well but having a room on the main floor made it easy for her to enjoy herself. I feel this house could use just a tad bit of tlc. It has such unique potential with some love and care. Definitely hard to get to without 4 wheel drive. Smaller cars would struggle. Overall the stay was wonderful though. A perfect place to spend with family. Being dog friendly also made it perfect for us especially with our golden retrievers."
