"Wow! The view of Braver Lake is fantastic. We enjoyed a girls’ trip in this lovely, well-equipped home. The parking space is ample, but you might need 4-wheel drive getting out. There is space at the top of the driveway that’s easy to manage. Kayaks, fire pit, spacious deck helped us enjoy the beautiful spring weather. About a 45 minute drive to Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and The Momentary!"

"This was a cute property. The deck and view were amazing. The lake community was super quiet. The staff was very attentive and easy to reach. I wish the chairs on the top deck were more comfortable, and the cabin showed some wear & tear on the flooring and sinks. If you are tall the shower head is super short. Check in was easy & the beds were comfortable and everything was fully stocked with what you need. The cleaning company could do a better job at the cobwebs in the windows. The only other downside is that it is a 45 min drive to get to any town with restaurants or stuff to do. If you plan on having a relaxing lake trip and not really go anywhere else then this is perfect. Great views, serene & picturesque. "

"The vibe is rustic and private, and the view of Beaver Lake from our deck was spectacular. It's a little secluded, which we really liked. You do have to drive a little to get to some of the more touristy areas, but we knew that, and we thought it was nice. It was lovely being away from the more trafficked areas at night and sitting on the deck looking at the stars. We were there for four nights, and our check-in was completely remote and easy. We received detailed instructions via email, including where to find the key. It was very private, which was perfect. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay, unless you call and request it, but that is all explained in the provided instructions. There was a phone number where we could call if we wanted fresh towels or anything else, but we were fine using the same ones, so we didn't need to call for anything. This is important because, while there is an office, it was always locked and we never saw anyone there. You have to call if you need anything. The photos on the website look gorgeous, but they also look like they might have been taken a long time ago. The place could do with a little updating, but it was clean. The bathroom is tiny - just barely big enough for a sink, toilet, and shower, but no tub. If you want a bath, you have to use the jacuzzi in the middle of the living room/kitchen/bedroom (kind of awkward placement, to be honest). We didn't spend much time in the room anyway, and it was certainly adequate. "

Kids loved all the activities, ping pong, writing station, musical instruments, board games and cards. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub ! Nice relaxing get away ! Would absolutely visit again.
