"The Handicapped accessible room I had requested was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that this room is just a few steps from the bar. Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!"

When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back."

"The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with lots of variety. After 5pm the breakfast area turns into a lounge with reasonable priced refreshments. Nice pool and hot tub. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great to deal with!"
