No fridge or microwave in room, which is usually a plus. The noise....the room above, thump, thump, thump...the hallway doors slamming...the outside vehicle noise. Putting earplugs on the vanity may be a plus. The continental breakfast was fine and having a coffee maker in the room was a plus. Maintenance maybe hasn't noticed yet but one side of the shower door needing fixing so it can slide open.

After a long travel day…
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The workout room had a variety of options and all of the machines worked. The only deduction in a star was the maid service overlooking making up the hide a bed sofa for our children.
