Parking is horrendous if you have an oversized vehicle. Parking garage is below ground with a 6’6” clearance and super tight quarters. There are a few oversized spaces when you first enter the garage but if there are spray oversized rigs parked and the only spots are near a pillar or wall….good luck! It took us a full hour to find parking figure out how to pay over night (mind you we were there for a concert so they had event parking in so the lots which only covered a few hours. After the concert we went back to check on the truck and pay for more parking and the price options had changed.) only gods thing was super close to the pledge center where we walked to. If you stay just be sure your car is compact! The staff were friendly tho!

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone also very friendly customer service

What I did not like about this place: 1.Rooms are to small. 2. Long, wait for elevator. Things I like about this place. 1. Location. easy walk to attractions. 2. Early check-in at no extra cost.
