"We booked five rooms for eight nights at Hotel Szafran for our group of ten. We were very pleased with the rooms - plenty of space and quite comfortable and clean. Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. "Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which is annoying for non-smokers like us. We were offered a room change but didn't decide to do it because we were tired. We also weren't sure that the next room wouldn't have this problem. we slept with the open window, even though it was noisy. other than that the room wasn't the worst. the service was very nice "

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna. "

"Nice hotel for a good price. We book a junior suite in description was minibar, but there were non in that junior suite. Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit."
