Amazing hotel

We stayed here while at a conference with my partner and son. Hotel was very clean, room cleaned everyday if you want. Lots of green incentives in the hotel with the water filter by the lifts and the trust of towels if you don't want them changed. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from for everyone. The gym seemed well equipped but we didn't use that. The pill and jacuzzi were both used and they were very good. All of the staff were very friendly at all times.

Staff training required

While check-in was great, don't expect a friendly welcome in the restaurant if you arrive after 21:00. Staff were extremely rude to say the least. Kitchen closes at 21:30 and staff are gone before 22:00, by which time the bar has also closed. Hotel is located a little out of town but has a regular bus service in the vicinity. It has a small pool and sauna but some guests might not be comfortable with the shared facilities dress code.

Above all, really friendly and helpful receptionists, location is great, short walking distance to the city centre, and as advertised, the beds are great and the rooms are well isolated against sound

Arrived to receptionist on her phone, did not even acknowledge us. Got into room and double sofa bed was only just about big enough for an adult. Two children had to sleep in double bed with mum.

Perfect hotel for the whole family

Very clean hotel in good shape. Very friendly staff, especially Lukasz who worked at the Spa was very serviceminded . The pool was very clean. There is even a jacuzzi and sauna. Good possibillity to park for 20 zloty/ day. Very good breakfast. This hotel does not charge extra for children and is very child friendly, the kids can even play Xbox near the reception/ lounge.
