"The owners were very helpful navigating the area, including a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was recently updated."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect, I loved how clean the room was, everything was was new and well cared for, I also loved when we checked in the room was nice and cool and spelled of peppermint which was just delightful after a long flight and walking around in the summer heat! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in London!"

"No frills but excellent location for a single traveler working or exploring London and nearby. Room was small but functional and clean. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Great water pressure! For a budget solo work trip, I would stay again. There’s no AC and my room was a basement room with limited air flow. Fan in the room worked well enough."

"I was disappointed with our stay for the cost per night , our Room at check-in had No Cleenex , our safe was broken , In the bathroom there was very Excessive Mold on the Ceiling , there was No fridge which i would of thought a hotel of this size that all rooms would of come with a fridge. When booking hotels its not a common thing to look to see if the room has a fridge as 99% have them in every room. I'm Diabetic and i had nowhere to store my Insulin which needs to be kept refrigerated. I had to toss out the insulin viles that went bad due not being refrigerated. I need to have quick and easy access to it. Also with the hot water issue at the hotel which I understand these things can happen but a big inconvenience none the less .The staff was very nice and helpful, they responded very quickly with the issue of the safe. With the water issue they extended our breakfast for the rest of our stay ! Love the location surrounding area near the hotel, absoutley a beautiful view of Tower Bridge and the River Thames,Bed was comfortable, But overall I was disappointed with our Room. I usually come to London twice a year and stay at the London Hilton Metropole but I thought this time I would try the Tower Hotel."
"Stayed for 1 night for a business visit. Check in was incredibly smooth, and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an Executive Room, which was fantastic - large, comfortable bed in a spacious room. I heard no noise from surrounding rooms and had an unusually great nights sleep for a hotel room.
And a great location, right on the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park - just with I'd had more time to spend there. Will certainly look to stay here again in future."
"Ideally located, just a short walk to several museums and key attractions. Although a single room, it was not too small and had all the amenities that a double room would have - own bathroom, hairdryer, iron, etc. Check-in was straightforward. Both evening meals were very nice, and all staff very helpful. Overall, very enjoyable trip."
"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."
"The check-in staff was terrific. He was cheerful, explained how to get to different areas, made suggestions, was efficient. Our room was clean but smelled very musty. The bed is very comfortable. Good luck figuring out the elevator buttons on where you need to go. It’s very confusing and not well marked. It’s the strangest room numbering system ever. Ex. Room 2302 is on the third floor. When reaching the 3rd floor, you pass aisles of rooms marked 4300, next aisle 3300, then 2300, then 1300 all on the same floor. Soooo odd. For a quick overnight , it’s worth it not to leave the airport."
