"Clean. Great communication from the host. Did have bunk beds in one of the twin rooms which weren't advertised but not an issue. All in all a great place to stay the night before a day at alton towers with friends. "

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Cutlery was filthy. Kettle full of limescale and so was bathroom. Loose tiles on shower floor. Stains on bedsheets. No solid curtains on the bedroom windows. Couch full of stains and absolutely 0 contact with host. Didn’t even stay the night. Will never come back and can’t recommend. Waste of money "
