"Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff.
Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen.
Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. "

"Dear Hotel Team,
I would like to share my experience during my stay.
First, the self check-in machine was not working. It was not only me — three other people also could not check in. The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours.
Also, the room was very cold, and the heating system did not work properly at all.
I hope you can improve these problems for future...

"We didn’t have high expectations from this place.
Check in person wasn’t speaking English but was very helpful.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The common area and specially the restrooms and showers were not very clean.
Location is in a middle of nowhere.
The price was super high due to the Euro 24 championship.
Ok stay but we will probably not stay there again. "

"We loved our 3-night stay. Our room was small and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean and orderly. Our TV stopped working and was immediately replaced. The breakfast was great - the absolutely best scrambled eggs we have eaten at a hotel breakfast! Lots of fresh food choices. The hotel was near the locations we wanted to visit. Underground parking worked fine. Thank you for a great stay!"
