"The hotel check-in was really welcoming with easy check-in. The room was really clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful providing me with information about Berlin, a good map with and how to use the transit systems i.e. buy a 24hr pass (which I did!). The staff also helped locate a kettle for me so I could make a drink in my room. Would definitely stay here again.

"It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office .
