"The airport shuttle is so helpful! The restaurant food is good and the outdoor patio is lovely. Rooms are nice! Staff is fantastic! Perfect stay before an early departure out of the Firenze Airport!"

"La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso. Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos."

"I do not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel unless you just literally want to sleep, have breakfast then leave to travel.. Because there is absolutely NOTHING to do either in the hotel or in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not even any shops nearby or anything. Just a car park infront of the hotel and flats and buildings in the area around it. There is only a pizzeria nearby and pharmacy and that's basically it. No entertainment whatsoever no nothing. I couldn't even watch the TV in the room because it was all Italian and I don't speak Italian. The manager was abrupt and totally unhelpful to me he said I should have gone to another hotel! The room itself was cold, the toilet small and too close to the shower that I had to sit sideways on it because there wasn't any room for my legs to go infront of it. There was no free drinking water, I had to keep buying small bottles of water from the little bar that was in there. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram station then you get the tram to the city centre. This was totally the wrong hotel I chose to stay at. It virtually ruined my enjoyment of my 4 day holiday because of all the hard work for me having to find things and travel around so much and just simply not having anything to do in the evenings at all. The restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast which is 6.30am-10am then 2 hours for dinner between 7pm-9pm and that's it but the food was good in there though."

"We were astounded that so many things were not available at this 5 star Hotel when we arrived to 5 days there, where the temperature (as forecasted) was between 28-34 degrees. 1. No Airconditioning in room or elsewhere (apparently a local restriction to do with pollution??? But I went to another hotel to investigate (The Social Hub hotel) where is was fully air conditioned. No mention on Hotels.com website about it. 2. Not allowed in Pool until 1st June (arguably when checking small print on hotels.com website it does say that) but if I put that as one of my search criteria and the the date I'm going, I expect a pool..., again we're told it's a local restriction but the pool was open at The Social Hub Hotel..??? Other problems were, no food available on Sunday evening, had to get reception order us a delivery Pizza, Spa wasn't open and the bareness of it looked like it hadn't been for a while. We were offered a bottle of Prosecco in apology for no pool and on the designated terrace we had to use to sunbath on the Friday. We then decided to drive to the beach an hour or so away for the next 2 days as the terrace was either full shade early in the day or full fun with no shade later in the day. When we thought we'd give the terrace another go on the Monday all our towels, Prosecco bottle and glasses were still there from the Friday, no one had even cleared them up!!! The manager and staff were apologetic and I blame the OWNERS and Hotels.com for bad info and policies."

"This hotel is in an industrial park but near the airport. There is nothing to do around the hotel. Is OK for one night before a flight. It also has a bistro but does not open until 7:00 p.m. for supper. There is also a breakfast buffet starting at 7:00 a.m. We found our room very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get a taxi at 7:30 to get to airport but would not recommend a longer-term stay as there are no other restaurants or shops close by."
