Thank you for your somewhat honest review. You did arrive late and asked to leave early all due to no fault of mine. Unfortunately I am not able to post pictures here. I would happily post screenshots where you text and asked to leave early due to flight problems also, I’m not sure why. You were unable to cook the kitchen has a very new stove and range brand new convection, microwave, a air fryer, one pot, slow cooker, and a hot plate.. with regards to your comment on rain you sent me a video of a few drops of water dripping on the kitchen table thank you. I now realize that portion of the home roof needs a second coat. Thanks again for choosing us if you’re able to provide me with a similar property 4bd 2ba that sleeps eight comfortably for less than 200 per night in a environment where you can’t rent a studio for 200 a night I would be happy to see it.

Two family members back to back leaving bad reviews due to my refusal to give you a refund so that you could stay on the same property together. It’s unfortunate. This is the world we live in your desire to bring harm to me due to your Just satisfaction of not getting your way. Let’s review your complaints you claim the house was very clean when you first arrived but the next day it was dirty after you found out your family was staying somewhere else and you wanted to join them interesting. Venue claim the house has mildew in a small area , also interesting you’re in the Caribbean for one. The house is open air does not have air-conditioning or dehumidifiers running. It is, however, located in probably the hottest driest part of the US Virgin Islands, where it’s nearly impossible to have mold, due to the southern exposure and constant airflow. Again, interesting Thirdly lastly, you say the house had “cold water “not even lukewarm another impossibility due to the fact that our water is stored in tanks under our houses called cisterns and our outside air temperature is approximately 80° year-round meaning that our room temperature water is also 80° at a minimum we do not receive our water from a well nor do we receive our water from a city water system. All of our water is room temperature captured rain water and yes I did ask you to turn the water heater on and it’s still on today increasing the water temperature all the way up to the mid 90s , lol thanks for choosing me the largest and least expansive rental on the entire island.

The isssues you mentioned were not factual, and you choose to leave after finding a different place, informing your family member to do the same the following week. As per VRBO guidelines and cancellation policies you are entitled to zero refund. Your choice should not and will not cost me. The listing has not been changed in several months. If that was the case VRBO probably would have felt differently and potentially supported you don’t you think?
