"Staff we're excellent made us feel really welcome ,room was clean and well equipped the bar was well stocked with a relaxed modern feel , The Devon taster menu was both varied and filling presented and cooked very well we had five items which we felt was enough for two. The breakfast was very good with all the normal breakfast items including full english , salmon ,cereal ,yogurt ,fruit , hot breakfast items are cooked to order in a timely fashion , location is excellent right in the middle of town ,good wi-fi connection no issues we really enjoyed our two night stay ."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Views are incredible and the cottage was cosy, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the location too, great as a base for days out on the bus and ferries! Thank you for a wonderful holiday we would love to revisit!"

"We were a group of 6 adults and had a wonderful stay at Andrew's property. Excellent communication from the host prior to our arrival. The house is located only a short walk away from the centre along a relatively flat (for Dartmouth!) road, although it is quite narrow with no on site parking. We dropped our bags off at the property then drove around to find a permit free parking space (suggestions of where to go received from Andrew beforehand) which took around 20 minutes. Parking is a problem in Dartmouth generally, especially in the summer, so we would have had this issue no matter where we stayed. The property was perfect for our needs - very clean with 3 generous sized bedrooms and superb views from the lounge and top bedroom. The owners have decorated the house, especially the the kitchen and main bathroom to a very high standard which made our stay very comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights to watch the Shakespeare play performance at the castle but we can highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again if we return to Dartmouth."

"Perfect location as you were close enough to walk into town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Path up to the property gave me a good workout in the heat. So glad I could cool off in the downstairs of the property, as it remained nice and cool despite 30°C+ outside. Will definitely stay again"

"We really enjoyed the apartment , fantastic views, we had excellent weather so when we were in just sat watching the river from the very cleverly located settee looking out the doors. Only issue was the lift still being out of service !! but worth 3 flights of stairs most days other than carrying the luggage in and out !"
