"The front staff didn’t check us in on time. I had to keep calling them to remind them that I still don’t have a room even after the check out time. The checkout process was super frustrating. Also when you call the front desk for help they can put you on hold for a while and forget about you. We would hang up at point and call back. The pool and the restaurant crew were amazing on the other hand. Friendly and attentive. Loved the pool and how clean the hotel was."

"PAPER THIN WALLS... was woken up at 5:30am by someone pacing loudly back and forth upstairs. Coughing and talking in next rooms clearly audible. Management never called back despite the person at the front desk taking a post-in message. Will not return and want a refund."

"Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the property met my expectations in terms of comfort and overall value. The only thing that stood out as a bit odd—and honestly a little concerning—was the window setup in my room. I was on the second floor with a nice view, which I appreciated, but the windows opened fully and didn’t have any screens or safety barriers. It felt unusual, especially from a safety standpoint, since there was nothing preventing someone from leaning too far out or even falling. It’s probably not something most people would notice right away, but once I did, it felt a bit unsettling. Aside from that, everything else was solid and aligned with what I expected for my stay."

"Usually Hampton Is a safe bet but this one breaks all the rules. Dirty, smells bad, broken down amenities (blinds), doors that won’t open. One of the most unfriendly for wheelchairs I’ve ever stayed in."
