"All about location and view. Rooms were older but clean. Store, liquor store, clubs all within 1 block. Near Frenchies, Crabbys, Cocos, Boxers and others. Winderful!"

"I liked the easy timely contactless check-in, all very smooth. Meeting the staff was much more pleasurable, from Cassandra at the front desk to the house cleaning staff friendly and professional services, Mr.Burns GM, and of course Jesse Lee who quickly came to my aid when I left a phone in friends car and worked with me calling, texting, and just getting it done as quickly and smoothly as possible while fixing my shower which simply need a turn of a bracket. The breakfast buffet was great! Fresh, abundant, tasty. Coffee and tea service 24/7. Rooms larger than average and good pillows, mattress and linens. I loved strolling along Boca Ciega Bay or finding little coffee houses like Mrs. G's! Treasure Island right over the causeway... John's Pass, Mad Beach just laid back and really good food at Scullys on the water. Will return for the ease, hospitality and a bit of old Florida charm at the historic hotel."

"This is the nicest property on Clearwater Beach. Everything about it was close to perfection. Attentive and efficient staff, handsomely designed room and public spaces, first-rate food. Even the towels, washcloths and pillows were lavish and fluffy. We had a wonderful stay in every respect."
