Charming town home nestled in a serene and tranquil setting, overlooking Tampa Bay.(Don't worry, there is an elevator to the 2nd floor/ or 28 steps by the swimming pool to reach you beautiful town home.) This marvelous home is meticulously arranged for comfort and enjoyment! Privacy and beauty surround you on this one acre property. You'll feel like you're living in a fabulous tree house. Escape and relax to the sound of the peaceful, tropical waterfalls in the 15 x 35 foot swimming pool. It is "Private" for your group ONLY, it is NOT shared ! On the side of of the swimming pool on the upper deck, with an amazing Tiki Hut with a outdoor kitchen, with a unbelievable grill, refrigerator & music w/Bluetooth you will love.The fabulous bar to sit by, with a cocktail, under the lighted tiki hut , you will also enjoy the view of "Tampa Bay" and chat with friends, watch television, along with music w/ sound system and outdoor television to enjoy! You will be in own private paradise outside with all the amenities.
Home features:1,320. sq ft home, tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, 3 bedroom/2 bath split plan, with a large open kitchen, equipped for all of your needs. 600 sq. foot fully screened balcony with table & chairs to enjoy eating outside or just lose yourself in the beautiful view! Sit on the large deck under the enormous oaks, and enjoy being in the hot tub under the stars and sunset.. Watch and enjoy nature at its finest. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age for safety reasons: open pool, and the travertine tile, they could trip or fall on, that’s around the pool and the 28 steps to front door. We care about their safety for your sake and ours.
** In awesome Safety Harbor with 29 restaurants,12 shops, 5 pubs, 2 breweries,14 salons, plus MORE!! They have boutiques, coffee shops (oh my), bars and places to eat, even candy stores. You then could walk to the " Safety Harbor Spa", you can walk down to the pier (see the manatees) and walk the park...amazing!! Then you could have lunch at "Barfly.", great food, drinks, and view and large, sit inside or outside. Fabulous!! I know I repeated myself, we are so Proud of this area . It is amazing! Dunedin is great area to see.
Clearwater Beach is 14 miles and Honeymoon Island is 8 miles from the townhouse.The home is centrally located and close to everything. Airport, Beaches, Parks, oh we can't forget Shopping at all surrounding places!
It has High Speed Wireless Internet and Fire Stick on all 5 flat screen TV's.
We have complimentary bicycles to ride. The home is so close, it is only 1 mile to beautiful 122-acre Philippe Park, where you can watch the sunrise and set their or just relax and view the water. It is only 2 miles to charming Safety Harbor, you can stop at Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, shopping boutiques, along with quaint restaurants, wine bars and so much more! So Exciting! On the 3rd Friday of the month, they close off the streets and have music and food and kiosks for art & crafts, etc,. So Much Fun!!
Tampa Airport very close and Clearwater Beach is 13 miles, which is about a 20 minute drive.

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for 4 ladies in town for a friends sons wedding. Clean, fully equipped and the pool area is fantastic. Jack was so attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Weekend trip for a Softball Tournament

We absolutely loved the property. The pool, view, screened in porch, the list goes on and on. The host provided information regarding the property, location, directions and check in procedures. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tampa or Clearwater area.

Excellent property with fabulous amenities

Beverly and Jack were outstanding hosts, and the property was the best one we've stayed at in the Tampa Bay area. The property was very well equipped, just as advertised, and it would be possible to spend your entire vacation there enjoying the pool, hot tub, tiki bar, outdoor grill, and fabulous views of Tampa Bay. We can't wait to get back during our next visit South to see family.

Wonderful place!

This place was perfect in every way. The location is very central to many beaches and restaurants. Most are with 20-30 min. Safety Harbor itself is a wonderful little place to visit, shops, ice cream, breweries and Nonas pizza is amazing! The house itself is great! The pool and outdoor area is very private and relaxing! Inside is great also! All beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped. They also provide all towels, paper products, coolers, beach umbrella and anything you need! Highly recommend!!

Amazing weekend get away in the cutest town!

Beverly and Jack have the cutest property tucked away near downtown Safety Harbor, but it’s in my a short drive to Tampa or Clearwater and is o my 15 mins away from either airport! They were nothing but helpful, the house was exactly as advertised, and they were extremely accommodating with check in and out (and when our flights canceled). They are amazing hosts and our girls trip crew can’t wait to come back in the future!

A Gem in Safety Harbor

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The pool is large, warm and relaxing! My husband enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and grill! Having a refrigerator by the pool was great to keep our drinks close and cold! The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The beds are comfortable as well! Jack and Beverly and their property manager Robert were very helpful and communication was quick and easy! We would stay here again!

Perfection!

Perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The pool and tiki bar were amazing! Even though it was warm outside, we even spent time in the hot tub one evening. We utilized the bicycles they had and explored the area. It was a great location and will certainly stay here again!!

Little piece of Paradise!

The property is exactly as pictured! The beds are super comfortable! We had a fabulous time! We didn't want to leave! If you are looking for a private getaway, this place is perfect! Beverly, Jack and Kwai are wonderful hosts! I don't know when, but we will be back!

Better than the pictures

My family stayed for a week and had a great time. Location of the property was excellent for us as we shared our time on the beaches (St. Pete, Treasure Island and Clearwater) and Tampa Bay. The condo had everything we needed and more. Pool area and tiki hut were a big hit with everyone. Thanks to Jack and Beverly for a great visit. Rent away everyone, you will not be disappointed!

25th Annual Get Together

This was our 25th year for guys only get together. Saw 2 Rays games, Top Golf and charter fishing trip kn the bay. This property exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great location with gorgeous view of Tampa Bay. Beverly and Jack made us feel at home and showed us all the operations of the pool, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and elevator. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. We whole-heartedly recommend this property.

We stayed and Jack and Beverly's VRBO for 3 weeks and it was everything we hoped for! The home is bright and comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities we could want and need. While we spent a lot of time exploring the area - when we did want down time, we could just lounge at the pool/hottub and tiki area. The home is tucked down a small drive and very private and yet anything we wanted to do was easy to get to. We took daily walks at Phillipe Park and had so many wonderful meals in Safety Harbor which is minutes away. We would definitely book with them again!

An absolutely beautiful property!!

We loved our stay at this property. The pool and outdoor entertainment area were absolutely beautiful. We spent many hours out in the pool. We also loved having dinners on the huge screened in deck or out by the Tiki Bar. We felt like we were in our own little private resort!! The townhome had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful from the start and checked in to see how our vacation was going. Our family came so that we could visit Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. We were centrally located to everything!! We had a wonderful time!!

A family get-together

A very nice property with great back yard pool, outdoor kitchen Tikibar, and jacuzzi. Because of the cold weather we only enjoyed the jacuzzi. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. For our family 5 adults it fitted perfectly. Good location, but a car is requested there is nothing within walking distance. The owners are very helpful.
