What a fabulous place to spend your Florida Gulf vacation. This very updated two bedroom condo in the fabulous Sunset Vistas condominium complex is setup and ready to go. Direct beach access, two resort style pools, whirlpool spa, Tiki Bar, on-site Cafe, and beautifully landscaped courtyard area make this a location to remember.

With all new furnishings throughout, this spacious condo stands out from everything else in the building with a King size bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a premium Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and plenty of linens and towels for everyone. There are three new flat screen TV's - including one for each bedroom, free high speed WiFi, DVD player, and every kitchen appliance you may need. Inside the unit, you'll also find a full-size washer/dryer and a couple of premium beach chairs for your use.

The large private balcony gives a wonderful view, and has seating for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The dining area has seating for six, with a granite topped bar area for casual dining or some work space.

The condo is on the second floor in a quiet section of the building, and the private balcony off the living room gives a very peaceful view of the Gulf. The resort fitness room is just next door, and the unit has it's own reserved parking spot.

Wonderful Stay!
Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but worked for the youngest kids. Loved the bar and cafe onsite, pool was wonderful and being able to walk right on the beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Sunset Vista stay
We have stayed at Sunset Vistas before and we love this place and always love our stay here, the only complaint we have this time is what we paid for the room versus the room itself which is need of some major updating, furniture, appliances, flooring, mattresses etc…so compared to previous stays and rooms of other family members stays we were disappointed in what we paid for what we got, otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and loved our stay!

Dirty, it was so awful you had to cover the furniture to sit on it and there was only one chair because the sofa was so old it just sagged to the floor when sitting on it. The tile floors were so greasy and dirty you could slide from one room to the next. The bedroom rugs were so worn and dirty you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The listing failed to mention you could not use streaming service on the smart TV. I won’t be using VRBO again.

Fun but outdated & maintenance concern
I wasn’t too worried by the outdated comments and feel the pricing was in line with the property. We did find that the queen bedroom lights and fan would turn on randomly throughout the day/night, making sleep difficult. There might be an electrical issue at hand? The pool & hot tub were awesome, the beach is amazing. It’s within walking distance of food and shops! Great sunsets.

Always a good trip but here are my + / -
We have stayed at this resort before and love it. This trip was no different. We enjoyed being right next to the gym and on the first floor of rooms. This room needs updates and TLC. Our boys had to stay on the couch pullout bed and it was old and uncomfortable. No one should have to sleep on it. The clothes dryer lints up quite a bit and makes your clothes look really worn/old after using it. All the kitchen finishes are very basic. Shower head doesn’t work very well in the bath. Overall, this room is not well equipped. Enough to get you by but that is it.
