This location was perfect for our annual getaway. The balcony overlooking the beach was a great way to start and end the day. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were walking distance and the condo gave us plenty of room to spread out. Dan was a fantastic host and quick to respond whenever we reached out. We look forward to coming back next year.

Clearwater Beach vacation

This property was amazing - very nicely designed and maintained. It was exactly as described in a fantastic location (north part of the beach). The deck was also extremely nice. We loved watching the sunset every night - perfect viewing. We enjoyed our vacation immensely and can't wait to go again.

The property was excellent. The views are incredible, and it's a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lot's of fun beach equipment as well. Host was proactive and friendly. My only complaint is we had to leave.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The rooms were large and clean. There was plenty of space for 5 adults even on the balcony. The owner was very kind and checked in with us. There were plenty of beach supplies so we didn’t have to rent anything. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool.

Wonderful location, right on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living area. Quick to respond to questions. Had pack-n-play for our toddler, as well as a high-chair. Chairs, umbrella and children's beach toys were ample. Would definitely stay again!

This beach condo is stunning and exactly as listed. It is clean, spacious, up to date and in a great location. The views from the balcony were endless and the nightly sunsets were our favorite part of each day. The condo comes stocked with everything you need to hit the beach. The beach is well maintained and not overly busy. Lots to do in walking distance. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return again someday.

Can’t beat the view!

The location is ideal. You are walking distance to the heart of the action, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and the crowds. The ocean front view from the deck, living room and master bedroom is phenomenal. The beach is amazing and we really enjoyed the area. The check in process and communication was terrific. We found all of the comforts we needed and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living spaces. The value, especially during the spring break Season, was good. Great stay overall!

Clearwater Condo

I have been using VRBO for many years. While I have enjoyed each and every property for different reasons, this unit is my new favorite! It appears to have been recently redone, and the kitchen is so organized, clean and well equipped. There are no random left-behind tippy cups, mismatched beach souvenir-glasses, leftover takeout ketchup packets, or reminders of past guests. There is a place for everything, and everything’s in its place. Plates, glasses, and silverware all match, and there is an absolutely complete complement of cooking utensils. Oh, and don’t forget about the awesome location on the uncrowded north end of Clearwater Beach! A must see.

Great condo with a gorgeous view!

This was our first time visiting Clearwater. Condo was great and the view can't be beat, but there are a couple minor things that we feel need improvement. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were not very comfortable, maybe a mattress topper would help. Also, the unit could use a new set of pans. There is only one (turquoise) that can be used without everything sticking. The location of the condo was great during the day while enjoying a less crowded day at the beach, but personally, with having teens, we would have preferred being down further south for evening activities. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return! Thanks again:)
