Welcome to Dockside Escape-305, your Clearwater Beach home away from home! This is a 2bd/2ba 1100 sq ft non-smoking condo located in the heart of south Clearwater Beach on the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins at play, or take your latte to go for a short 1.5 block walk to the public beach access. Everything is within walking distance of this condo!

We rent Saturday to Saturday. Please contact the property manager if you wish to book during a different time frame.

About the Space:

Dockside Escape is an 1100-sq ft condo that sleeps five. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, living room, and separate dining area. This split floor plan features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a guest bedroom with queen- and twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and include large, flat-screen TVs, closet space, plenty of drawers, and nightstands with built-in electrical and USB ports.

Our condo evokes a rustic beach vibe with coastal decor throughout, custom-built sliding barn doors, and beach-themed furnishings and linens. A wall of windows floods the kitchen and dining and living rooms with tons of natural light, and frames the palm tree-lined harbor where you are sure to see dolphins, and if you’re very lucky, a manatee.

Spend the day at the beach with chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and cart all provided for you, or enjoy an afternoon in the community heated swimming pool. However you decide to spend your vacation, be sure to check out Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60, where nightly entertainment takes place. The area has so much to offer, and our beach house is in the middle of it all!

The building has on-site parking, a heated pool overlooking the marina, community grills, and a fishing dock.

This is a wonderful condo with a kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy homecooked meals but is in walking distance to many restaurants as well. The fishing dock is right in front of your unit and the beach is only a block away. The condo comes with a wagon, umbrella and beach chairs as well as plenty of beach towels! The elevators were slated to be replaced, so hopefully that happens soon :) Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great location that enables you to enjoy the beach as well as fishing off of a dock right outside of your condo door.

Fabulous vacation in this lovely condo.

My husband and I stayed a week in this beautiful condo and very sad to leave. It has everything you need plus more! Lovely furnishings and bedding. Very, very clean. Great cond! Fire alarm went off, an on for 5 days. Even in the middle of the night ! The beach is the public beach and is 4 to 5 blocks away. Maybe a 8 to 10 minute walk. But the condo is beautiful and everything it says it is!

This place is a gem. Beautiful, Immaculate condo with all the comforts of home. The homeowner was very responsive and provided info and suggestions for places around town. We loved overlooking the harbor and saw dolphins!! Pool was warm and it was a very easy walk to the beach. They provided a cart and chairs and sand and pool toys. We loved it! Excellent stay at Dockside Escape

Beautiful condo, was perfect for my husband and our two adult sons. Condo was very clean and had anything that you can imagine you would need for a trip to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/mixing bowls/etc. Very large TV in the living room was perfect to catch the World Series. Outdoor patio was very comfortable. The area is covered so we could even sit out there and watch thunderstorms roll in one day. Even if we couldn't be at the beach that day we were still able to be outside. The location was perfect, a quick 2 block walk to the beach and there were many restaurants and bars very close by. There was an issue with no water on the 1st day, the owners responded within minutes and found out that it was a water main break caused by a construction crew that hit the a water line. Most of clearwater beach was without water. Owners continued to keep us updated as to when it should be restored. Much appreciated, especially when it had nothing to do with the actual condo or the owners.

We brought our 2 teens to Clearwater Beach as a high school graduation present. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and includes ever amenity you will need. We had the best stay at this condo! You will not regret booking here. It exceeded all of our expectations and the listing photos are exactly what this place looks like (even better in person!!). It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed to get started including, paper towels, toilet paper, KCUPS, individual creamers, aloe in the fridge (bonus!), towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked w. cooking utensils, cutlery, spices, oil, plates, cutlery and lots of cups / wine glasses! There were also utensils provided for grilling or indoor cooking! The grill on the property was awesome and we used it to cook out burgers. This condo is so homey and cozy. The layout was perfect to vacation w/ our parents, we all truly felt like we had just enough space to spread out.. the two bathrooms were awesome too! We were able to walk everywhere in town, including the beach (just a short 5 min or less walk away). The location is perfect, you are just far enough away from the bustle of in town but close enough to walk to any local hotspot. We saw dolphins many mornings from the balcony overlooking the harbor. We had our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio furniture and table overlooking the water daily. The owners were super responsive and quick to text back to any need / question! I personally loved the text w/ the check in and out information so I always had it on my phone when needed. We cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise in the future! Thank you to the owners of this condo for sharing it with us and truly making us feel at home while we were on vacation!

Dockside 305 is very well maintained and has all the amenities you could ask for. Great view of the bay, easy access and the great price make this an excellent value for your family.
