1925 Real Beach House is 150 steps to the sand ., Clearwater Beach, 5 blocks walk to Pier 60, in quiet historic part of Clearwater Beach called Clearwater Cottages Old Florida DIstrict. House features large Tropical front yard, 3 foot wall around with Tiki Hut and wood deck . Best seat in town after a day at the beach. Backyard features: Shared Key West style backyard with Tin roof Gazebo, wood deck, Massive Tropical Trees Large Hot Tub
Enjoy a real Beach House with Old Florida charm. Features large front your overlooking Mandalay Ave with Massive Palm Trees and Tiki Hut light at night. 3 foot high wall around house , Great for kids or pets to run around, while guests relax at the Tiki Hut. The Tiki Cottage features King Size bed with Beautyrest Quality Mattress, Wall bed in kitchen bedroom combo, and queen sofabed in living room. 2 50 inch Flat LCD TV.s, and full kitchen. Stays cool with 2 window air conditioners
This is a ONE BEDROOM HOUSE with Kingsize bed in large master bedroom, with a sofabed in living room, and Steel Bunk Beds in kitchen. Ideal for a couple with 2 to 4 children looking for a house with kitchen and good value. It is not a 2 bedroom, and not an upscale rental, but clean, remodeled 2024 homey and fun. It has one full remodeled bath.

Large Hot tub in recreation area right out your door. We also have a private Hot Tub available in winter months only in enclosed Balinese wood house. Please reserve.


Housekeeper onsite to insure all your vacation needs are met. Have a cup of coffee on the beach, walk back to the house in seconds. Enjoy the afternoon in shaded backyard with wood deck and massive tropical trees providing shade. Families have enjoyed this real beach cottage since the 1920 s

Quaint cottage in great location

Perfect for a 2-3 night stay - we were a block from beach and 3 blocks from beach where dogs are allowed. Cottage was charming, comfy bed, had all we needed.

Captain Al was extremely attentive to any questions we had! The cottage and location were amazing for my 2 children husband and I. If you like cottages that are old like I do this is the place for you. Very clean and Al and his crew were very accommodating to whatever you needed. The beach is right down the end of the road which was fantastic! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance which is another plus. Would definitely recommend staying there. We loved it! Very cute, eclectic old Florida vibe. Short walk to beach. Bikes, boards, buckets, and floats available to guests. No need to purchase. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent on beach. Will come back!

High rises and fancy hotels are ok in foreign countries but if you want to experience Clearwater Beach the way it used to be you need to check these out! Wonderful historic cottages lets you feel like you LIVE on the beach instead of just visiting. The staff is great, the cottages are authentic. The feeling is amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels - when I visit CW Beach I want to feel like I'm home. Highly recommend for those who want to really relax. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The Tiki Hut is a one of a kind experience! Perfect for my needs. Dog friendly, the manager is on site for questions or assistance but he does not make himself a nuisance. I didn't get a chance to use the new hot tub that goes with this rental but I'm sure it can only make your stay that much better. No complaints!

As reviews state the property could use updating but we were comfortable in our stay. The living room space stays much colder than the other rooms when air is on but we bought a fan and directed the air to the other rooms and it worked fine. Captain Al is very responsive to any text messages. The location was great, minimal walk to beach and we could walk to restaurants and shopping

Perfect!

We had no problem finding the place. Plenty of room for six grown adults and older kids to sleep. This property is not directly on the beach but a short walk down a dead-end road to it. Absolutely no problems. We took advantage of the hot tub, and when I asked captain Al a question, he responded very quickly. Great memories were made. Walking distance to just about anything we needed.

Clearwater Tiki Hut

Definitely as described, the wall around tiki hut is actually 2 foot high so it is not very pet safe, we loved the accommodations and location. Staff was very accommodating sadly hot tub was not working. We would definitely stay here again

We booked this property due to the pictures of the pool that we saw, there is no pool at this location. The pool pictured is a community pool in the area. The kids were pretty bummed. However overall good stay, the hot tub was nice, the location fantastic, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities and only steps away from the beach!

Close to beach

It was very close to the beach, steps away but not on the beach and no view of the beach from cottage. Cottage has some repairs needed for floors, sink holes where we were afraid to step,especially in the kitchen. Sofa bed is really bad but kitchen Murphy bed and bedroom bed is good. Location is great, you can walk to everything. Nice palapa in front yard, great place to sit and people watch.

Business Trip to Clearwater

Clearwater Beach

The evening we arrived another guest had taken our bungalow by mistake. I called Capt Al and he immediately resolved the situation by placing us in the Captain’s House which was an upgrade! The location is perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants and most importantly to us, the beach that allows dogs. The house is close to the road and yet it is very quiet. We plan to return in the near future and recommend Capt Al’s place to you too!
