Perfect destination and accommodations

The view is off the charts, the place was spotless, the owners were super helpful and communicative ahead of and during the visit. If you're looking for the perfect Clearwater Beach getaway, this is it!

Traveled with another couple and the condo was perfect for 4 adults. Very comfortable and weSpent mornings outside on the balconyoverlooking the bay with our coffee. Saw dolphins one day and enjoyed watching the Egret who seemed to have adopted one particular house as his own VRBO.Unit is very well cared for, and the view at night is fantastic looking out at the lights and boats of CWB. Convenient to the beach and yet far enough way to be able to relax at night on the balcony with a cocktail or two. Host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Beach chairs and umbrella with wagon was a nice touch too. Highly recommend Dock Holiday!

Everything about the property, area and total experience was top notch. Check in process was easy. The property was updated and nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with bathroom towels, kitchenware and even beach gear (beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, toys...and a beach wagon). The location was great as we walked everywhere including the beach (two short blocks), restaurants (too many to name), coffee shops, icecream shops, souvenir shops, etc. The kids also enjoyed the onsite pool as a break from the beach. The owners, Kit and Gary, were very attentive and very responsive. An overall great experience. Next time we're in Clearwater Beach, Dock Holiday will be the place we stay!

Dock Holiday is a beautiful condo. The photos in the listing accurately depicts the condo.Everything you might need during your stay is in the condo.We enjoyed our stay, the only negative thing is the walk to the beach. Dock Holiday is just perfect. Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. We got to see dolphins every morning in the cove. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Dock Holiday was Perfection

We loved our stay at Dock Holiday. The place was so cute, clean, and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our rental also included everything we needed for our vacation from washer and dryer, dishwasher, to extra blankets, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, wagon etc). If we come back to Clearwater, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our vacation. The condo is conveniently located and has plenty of room inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. If we visit Clearwater again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is in pristine condition. It’s one of the nicest places that we’ve stayed. It’s a short, easy walk to the beach. The owners provided everything needed for a nice day on the beach. The owner quickly responded when I reached out with questions. Kit was an amazing hostess!

A little peace of heaven

We stayed here for 4 nights and just wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Beautiful Condo, the owners have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My favourite part was sitting outside on the veranda having my coffee overlooking the stunning bay. The owners were very quick when it cane to replying to messages. Can’t wait to return next year!

Amazing Stay!

Dockside Holiday is one of the best! The condo was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. The appliances were updated and everything worked really well. The mattresses and pillows were high quality which is a big plus when you travel. The condo unit is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and is located bayside to provide quiet. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a great stay at Dock Holiday! Kit checked on my family multiple times throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going well. The location was perfect and was an easy walk to the beach and there was even a wagon provided with an umbrella and beach chairs! Our family loved walking to multiple restaurants and shops, especially the ice cream shop on the corner! The condo was decorated so nicely and it was great having a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer in the residence. We were very sad to leave and will hopefully be back next summer. Thank you for a great stay!!

Vacatation: Pictures dont disappoint. Very clean, spacious and walking distance to beach. Owners thought of everything that is needed,from beach chairs to towels and all the amenities that would be needed for this stay. A nice welcome hospitality basket. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. When we come back will definitely stay here again. Owners are easy to communicate with. Thanks for making our stay here enjoyable and memorable.

Another wonderful stay

We've stayed in this property for three years now and once again, we were very happy with our stay. Kit and Gary are very quick to respond for any questions or concerns. The property is clean, well decorated and has all the comforts of home. The location is great with a direct view of the bay where you can watch fish jump, a variety of birds and dolphins swim. Amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The location, cleanliness, check in, and communication with the host - everything was superb. The condo is also very well stocked and had everything we needed plus more during our stay. We have a 1 1/2 year old, and there was a high chair, pack and play, and even utensils and plates/bowls/cups for him! We loved the private dock, where we were able to fish and hang out to watch the dolphins! We hope to return and definitely recommend to others who are traveling to Clearwater.

I am very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. This was the first vacation where I was able to relax and enjoy my stay because it was super clean. They provided us with so many amenities that we would have had to purchase...such as beach towels, a wagon, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, and even dish soap and laundry detergent! We will definitely be back!

Awesome place!!

Perfect getaway to Clearwater Beach for couples or families. The owners thought of everything...from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. The beds were so comfy. Best sleep we've ever had on vacation!! We so enjoyed the sunrises and view from the deck...our favorite place to hang out at the start and finish of every day. Close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere!! The food in Clearwater Beach was amazing every time!!! We can't wait to come back and rent both condos with our families. Well done!!

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at Dockside the last 4 years and always enjoyed our stay but this was by far the best condo experience. It was laid out beautifully and perfect for our needs. We have a 6yr old and 19 month old and was it was very child friendly. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying again. Communication was great between owners and thank you so much for the welcome basket. 5 stars!!!

Great vacation and location!

Such a great condo and had a fabulous vacation! Condo had a beautiful view overlooking the water where we could watch boats and dolphins while drinking our coffee in the morning. It was super clean and had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops, and the pier was in walking distance and we barely needed our car. Everyone had their own space which was nice for the week and it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill one of the nights and sat at the picnic tables. The condo was everything the description stated and would definitely go back next time we are in Clearwater. The owners were quick to respond with any questions that we had.

Superbly appointed & beautiful condo

We’ve just come back from one week’s stay at Dockside condo. It’s a beautiful, newly renovated apartment which is superbly appointed and has everything you need whilst on holiday - with a lovely welcome basket an added bonus! Kit was so very helpful in the run up to our stay and also with dining recommendations whilst we were there which helped make everything so easy. The apartment block itself is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The apartment faces a beautiful dock, where you can sit out and watch the most glorious sunrises each morning. If we are fortunate to be back in Clearwater Beach in the future we would love to come back here to stay! 💕

Not as described

This was supposed to be a newly renovated unit. It was at one time, but not currently. The dishwasher brackets that hold the dishes were broken off and rusted, the door cent has something growing out of it. The washer and dryer is noticeably leaked and is rusted. The bathroom tile in shower is black from not being cleaned and maintained. Master bedrooms bed was worned out and pillows were flat. The towels looked worse than my mop rags and could use a ton of bleach. In the master there were 4 towels, 2 handtowels and 2 washclothes. We had to do laundry everyday because we dont reuse our towels. The hosts were nice and responded quickly and when we found ants they sent pest control out right away. Overall unit was clean.
