TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL 'STRICT'! New Vacation Rental Listing! This BEACHFRONT condo overlooks the GULF right from its balcony. Enjoy incredible water views from both the living room and Master bedroom to watch the sun set into the water nightly. This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has a fully equip kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, Dining tables inside and outside on the private open-air balcony, televisions in every room and more.
Crescent Beach Club has everything you would expect from a destination resort with spa like amenities which include fitness center, indoor hot tub, sauna and steam rooms and access to a gym, billiard room, tennis courts, bbg grills, extra-large pool and more.
HOUSE RULES:
• You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
• Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug.
• 2 Weeks Minimum Rentals $100 Application fee
• No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
• No Pets.
• No Parties.
• Check-in is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out is before 10 a.m.

The condo unit is very roomy and
The condo unit is very roomy and comfortable with great views of the gulf and beach. 3B has everything you need to feel like home. Great access to trolleys and easy walking to restaurants and shops. Taylor is a huge asset to the rental company. He has been awesome to work with. We will definitely be back again!
